All Board of Directors meetings are open to the public. However, under certain circumstances, the Board may enter a closed Executive Session.

Details about why a session was closed can be found in the Board meeting minutes, which are available by contacting Tammy Terwelp at 970-350-0806. ÌÇÐÄvlog´«Ã½ also posts information about upcoming closed sessions on its website at least 10 days before the meeting.

In accordance with the Communications Act and Corporation for Public Broadcasting (CPB) requirements, ÌÇÐÄvlog´«Ã½ is committed to transparency in governance. Below is a list of meetings or meeting portions that were closed to the public, along with the reason for closure.

March 29, 2025 – Full Board Meeting
The board held an executive session at the end of the meeting. The executive session was closed due to matters relating to individual employees and proprietary information.

March 5, 2025 – Governance Committee Meeting
The committee held a closed session to discuss community members as potential board candidates. The session was closed to maintain confidentiality of personnel and nomination matters.

January 25, 2025 – Full Board Meeting
The board held an executive session at the end of the meeting. The executive session was closed pursuant to proprietary and confidential matters.

March 23, 2024 – Full Board Meeting
The board held an executive session at the end of the meeting. The executive session was closed pursuant to proprietary and confidential matters.
